LPG/CNG LEAKAGE DETECTION & AUTO ON OFF SYSTEM

Today we find that LPG is being used in almost all sectors, domestic and industrial. It has proved itself to be one of the most cost-effective, less hazardous, environment-friendly fuels. Still due to some of its properties, LPG uses have been marred by accidents, which cannot be termed as sporadic incidents. LPG has to be used in accordance with certain safety measures. Incorrect use of LPG can result in explosions, fires, lost of property and most importantly, loss of lives. Do not neglect issues like leaking gas cylinders or tubes, damaged regulators, incorrect method of storage of LPG cylinders, etc.
Ambetronics Leak Detection System

This system helps you to upgrade your safety standards, comply statutory requirements on environmental commitments and most important and basic function being prevent accidents and protect life and property from disaster. The primary objects of the sytem to provide a novel means for safely detecting any malfunction of a pressurized gas system in order to prevent accumulation of combustible gases so that damage or explosion due to such an accumulation of gases is prevented. Another object of the present invention is to provide a novel safety means for detecting the leakage of gas into the area of an appliance when the appliance is in a shutdown condition and not in operation. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a novel gas detection and monitoring system which is economical to manufacture and which may be readily installed in conventional trailers, boats or the like which are normally dependent upon a stored supply of pressurized gas. Typical installation areas being gas yards (Bullets), gas banks with multi cylinders in manifold, user production departments / utility areas like kitchens. Ideal sensor for use to detect the presence of a dangerous LPG leak in your service station, storage tank environment. This unit can be easily incorporated into an alarm unit, to sound an alarm or give a visual indication of the LPG concentration. The sensor has excellent sensitivity combined with a quick response time. The sensor can also sense iso-butane, propane, LNG and cigarette smoke.

The Ambetronics Gas Detectors (GT-4000, GT-2500 and IR-5000) ranges can be used on a stand alone basis or integrated into Plant management control systems. The Sensor Transmitter Integrated Monitor (GM-1100, GM-2200, TC-800 and RK-220) ranges can be provided continuous monitoring and universal outputs 4-20mA, RS485 and relays for auto On/Off through Solenoid Valve.. Our systems locate fixed sensors in the area to be monitored with a hard wire connection back to the central controller, DCS, SCADA or BMS so that you have a continuous signal from the area.
